Problems with rtx-2080 ti #289

Hi congratulations for the work ¡¡¡ I miner perfect with my 1080 Ti but with new RTX 2080 Ti always get error in the dag generation:

GPU1 DAG creation time - 5686 ms

GPU 0, GpuMiner cu_kd failed 8 (0), invalid device function
GPU 0, Calc DAG failed!

Create GPU buffer for GPU2

GPU #0: GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, 10989 MB available, 68 compute units, capability: 7.5  (pci bus 1:0:0)
GPU #1: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, 11178 MB available, 28 compute units, capability: 6.1  (pci bus 12:0:0)
GPU #2: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, 11178 MB available, 28 compute units, capability: 6.1  (pci bus 14:0:0)
GPU #3: GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, 10989 MB available, 68 compute units, capability: 7.5  (pci bus 15:0:0)

SO: ethos 1.3.3: Claymore : v12

Need some custom option (i put -mode 1 but don´t solve the problem) or isn´t supported GPU for claymore? . With Ethminer work perfect.
