Multiple instances on different devices get killed if launched together (Windows 10) #259

I have 3 different cards (1x NVidia 1660 Super, 1x ADM RX5700XT, 1x AMD RX58008GB) installed in my computer. I try to run a different instance of NanoMiner (v3.3.6) on each device.

If I launch all 3 instances together, then only the first instance survives. The other 2 instances get killed by the first instance. There is no hint in the log file why this happens.

However if I delay the launch of each instance by approx 5 seconds, then all 3 sessions work OK.

Problem is no longer present in 3.3.7
