[v3.3.9] Autolykos performance worse than the previous version #275

bergi9 commented 2 years ago

I'm using GTX970 which has a constant hashrate of 37-37.8MH/s on autolykos on version 3.3.8. After it got updated to 3.3.9 the performance got down to 24.7MH/s. Reverting the update the hashrate went back.

Having similar issues with eth. Hash rate is severely reduced since the update. I am also getting short hashrate spikes, Rtx 3070 was always steady at 60m/h. Now see spike on them to over 70 but calculated h/r is very low. Also the fanSpeed command doesn’t seem to work.

Including a picture. You can see the steady rate before update and the mess after.

Is it possible that its also giving problem to Eth too... my hashrate went way up and down... its not stable. But other miners are fine. what causing it ?

have you tried with recent release v3.3.10?

saki8b commented 2 years ago

For Eth yes I also shared a Log. The result is same. Only 3.3.8 is stable.

v3.3.10 didn't fix the performance issue. I'm still on 3.3.8.

No…
