This has nothing to do with nanominer itself, but the system not being able to generate shares fast enough. When the pool where you are mining is not receiving shares fast enough, it will send you notification mails. When you can confirm that your system is running, just ignore that email. I'm getting these emails myself, so nothing wrong here 😺
