Feature: Support for single mining Zilliqa only #311

Right now it is required to have ETH+ZIL, but it would be nice to just have ZIL-only mining.

The idea is to have the GPU mining ZIL e.g. with the pool https://shardpool.io/ but not to mine anything else, which makes it very easy to let it run while doing other things with the local system.

There are other tools like https://github.com/DurianStallSingapore/ZILMiner that seem to support this.

Yes please! Make only ZIL mining! Without dual!
