Urgh, all the basic disabling it only lasts temporarily then it re-enables itself, even if you disable it in group policy. This howto will keep it off. But I'm starting to think I need to install linux instead.... https://www.alitajran.com/turn-off-windows-defender-in-windows-10-permanently/#h-step-1-boot-into-safe-mode
idk I leave it allowed in Windows Defender and I don't get a notification for a very long time
Apparently nanominer.exe contains "Trojan:Win32/Conteban.A!ml"
Trying to click the "Allow" button doesn't work. You have to disable defender...
VirusTotal don't think it is malware. https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/5842266dc4873488f479ac32714a07d04281f8e1d1cb8bed8865fbd40469f191 (Other than "OmG iT's A mInEr"...) This is really probably a problem with Defender, but it's probably best to release a new version that doesn't trip the alarm.
