Add --emit-summary option to dorado basecaller #742

Hi,

It will be great if the --emit-summary option for dorado demux also exists with dorado basecaller. With this new feature, it will be possible to perform basecalling, demultiplexing and creating _sequencingsummary.txt file creation with only one command!
