Herro Usage #920

Hi I would like to know if Porechop is already integrated into the HERRO algorithm, or if we need to process the reads (e.g., trim, filter) prior to using HERRO.

Just to be specific - dorado correct implements the same algorithm as HERRO but these are not the same projects.

You will need to pre-process (trim & filter) the reads before using dorado correct.
