Add option to write median depth to polished sequence #252

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No problem, just an improvement

Describe the solution you'd like Write the median depth to the description of each FASTA polished sequence

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Additional context Since the coordinates of coverage are written to the description I thought it would be easy to implement to write the median depth as well

Hi @edgardomortiz,

This is a nice suggestion and something we've thought of doing in the past. Unfortunately while relatively straight-forward this is something we don't have the free development time to implement currently.

If someone in the community wants to contribute the functionality we would gratefully accept a pull request.
