Pausing a run? #15

Hi,

I just have a short question. Is it possible to pause a MinION run, let's say for 1 minute, and than resume the run by using API calls?

Hi Jens,

Pause/Resume uses API that is not exposed right now.

It should be possible - I will look to get the API + an example exposed for the next software release.

I've done some planning with the internal software groups, we want to make the way this is handled cleaner.

Its likely the release with the changes will ship publicly around May.

I will update this ticket as we progress internally.
