Snakemake fails #11

Dear all,

Please let me know can the pipeline and all listed dependencies (including SNAKEMAKE) be installed on Windows 10? Or should is it for use only on Linux? Should we use Python 2.7 or Python 3.7?

Only Linux please with Python 3.7. Also use conda for dependency management.
