This error when snakemake initiated `ERROR conda.core.link:_execute(698): An error occurred while installing package 'bioconda::bioconductor-genomeinfodbdata-1.2.3-r40_0'. Rolling back transaction: ...working... done

This issue was solved with installing snakemake from https://snakemake.readthedocs.io/en/stable/getting_started/installation.html

and not using --use-conda
