distance distribution and matrix correlation #19

These two metrics are the standard way to compare two hi-c runs to see whether they're consistent with each other. Once our three technical replicates are completed, their (raw) matrices should be compared using these two methods, as this is what will be expected by the field and by reviewers.

Pearson coefficients are generated by the contact matrix comparison here: https://hicexplorer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/content/tools/hicCorrelate.html

and these show whether there is a specific distance where technical replicates aren't consistently preserving interactions: https://hicexplorer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/content/tools/hicPlotDistVsCounts.html#hicplotdistvscounts
