add systemd guide #105

I have set up the whole thing with systemd timer and wanted to provide the instructions for this.

What I don't understand - and this might be because of my lack of python experience: Why the virtual environment? What's the purpose / use of this?

My I also suggest:

  1. In point 11 explain the frequency of that timer for the benefit of the reader
  2. Add a link to this to the readme - otherwise it's hard to discover. Probably as a new sub-header under the container instructions.

I can't tell you that exactly, I'm not very familiar with it either. I only know that Debian requires it, so I have implemented it that way.
