PDOS results viewer: display selected atoms. #113

When submitting the PDOS job, it is possible to nicely create additional atom lists. These lists appear then in the PDOS GUI as "selection 1, selection 2..." and if one wants to discover which atoms are part of this list, one has to go to the aiida tree of the pdos from the process list. This is annoying. I want a "show" button close to the selection 1 Menu in the plot preparation

I agree this is something we need together with an update of the structure visualization both in the submission app and in the results app
