Port Q parameter measure from NanoVNA

You can test it for both 2.8and 4 displays

This also save ~1kb flash, and UI more smooth.

Just compiled & uploaded (2.8") this and it looks to work great!

Where does the ~1KB flash saving comes from? The way ui.cpp is refactored?

Yes all UI refactored, now more easy add new features (like variable menu button text)
