Same Firmware Versions for newer Revisions #51

The firmware version in common.hpp is kept the same for newer versions. This inhibits the detection of no longer needed software hacks, like the first S21 value discarding in nanovna-saver in pre 20200926 version.

It would be nice if the next release could at least increment the minor by one.
