Migrate to GitHub actions #72

Resolves #71

I replaced the .travis.yml file by a Github Actions workflow. It should be enough to build the project automatically on Github actions once this PR is merged. You will need to update the branches protection rules if you have any (e.g. if you require the build to pass before allowing to merge a PR).

I hope the badge URL in the README will be valid, I had to edit it by hand since there are no Github actions builds on this repository yet.

I hope I did not forget anything!
