Updating QG README #93

Quick update on change-log and how I completed compilation with stand-alone DAPPER / Miniconda environment.

Ah, I'm not 100% good with GitHub's UI. In this case I commited the suggestion myself, so the "requested changes" did not need further review. Not sure how I should have done it to make it completely smooth, but we'll get there.
