Create documentation #4

We need to decide about documentation - e.g., what tools and where to store it. Also we need to summarize content...

Let's list things that need to be covered in the docs in comments under this issue as a start.. This can be done in relation to the NSC pilot project.

Dangling commits can be recovered by running the command git fsck --lost-found. Any dangling commits will then be listed, and you may check differences with the regular diff command….

AK (from email): We should probably distinguish between installing software for use (and then use for module) and for development (and then use shell module and git command).
