Delete repository

This repository is taking up unnecessary space, and people has accidentally used this instead of geo-spaas-vagrant. The last commits by @aleksandervines have been made in October. Is this by accident, or is it actually used for the conda repositories? Then maybe change name of the repos instead of deleting it?

Not an accident. E.g. the thredds, conda and pyoai configs does not belong in geo-spaas I think?

But it should be cleaned up so we don't overlap with geo-spaas.
