options for sar_wind.plot() #11

Some figures are south up. It would be nice to add 'northup' option. clim is give by hard code. It would be also good if user can specify as an argument of plot().

This is now solved with option "northUp_eastRight" at 12688ee326daa8182f9992c8c56d5a1ae5bf1241. Also clim has been added to the plot function
