Subfolder openwind not needed #7

The OpenWind code is stored in a subfolder "openwind" under the main "openwind" folder. This makes it necessary to set the path to point to the "first openwind folder".

The openwind tool follows standard python package layout, e.g. as http://guide.python-distribute.org/creation.html, so the plan is to stick to that.
