Error in documentation of xmlpoke #23

There is wrong description of preserveWhitespace parameter.

"preserveWhitespace bool Namespace definitions to resolve prefixes in the XPath expression. False"

I don't think it's true.

Looks like the victim of copy/paste without the appropriate updates. I will fix. Thanks for the heads up.
