Add ayu color palette #21

First 11 colors in: https://github.com/ayu-theme/ayu-colors

Three palettes: light, dark, mirage.

Ordering: check the new Tableau 10 color palette ordering (also used in Observable Plot).

I'm closing this as it's not trivial to reorder the colors to make it work for data visualization.
