Hallmarks of Cancer "light" #7

I have added the "hallmarks_light" option to the palette cosmic and moved the original "hallmarks" palette to "hallmarks_dark". I have updated the documentation and checked the build. I have not rebuilt the pkgdown site in case you use any specific parameters.
