Create examples using different renderers in Rmd #13

Since the renderers are implicitly (not specified in the function calls) specified in the Rmd headers, we need more Rmd examples showing how to control the rendering targets. Such as BiocStyle::html_document and rmarkdown::md_document.

This will be fixed by the new examples in the incoming 0.5 release.
