Replace RawGit #44

RawGit is shutting down next year, consider using jsDelivr or function calls within the package.

Fixed temporarily by moving to jsdelivr: https://github.com/road2stat/liftr/commit/c8fc88f95020c3b7ab249acb30ea8e9d44728f00. Need to replace with package native function calls in the long term.
