Generally I think a standard implementation of the OMRON Connect app with app-to-application integration is the way to go.However, when linking with the HeartGuide (HCR-6900T-M), a wearable blood pressure monitor, I think a dedicated app, HeartAdvisor, is required. This dedicated app will receive vital data directly via Bluetooth communication, and the information would be uploaded to the cloud, presumably through the functions of the dedicated app.
Therefore, When develop original app, It communicates with the cloud via API and receives the necessary information.
