Bohl 2022: import data #14

Added serum sample data from https://doi.org/10.1073/pnas.2115285119.

@jeffkaufman I would appreciate a quick check to make sure things look correct!

next step once this in is to run dashboard/prepare-dashboard-data.sh and check in the results

Ran the command, but uncertain on next steps so I'll hold off. Maybe we can touch base briefly tomorrow.
