Run Langenfeld data #23

I have run Langenfeld data except for RiboCounts. I've also updated the README to help with the issues I ran into.

I don't think the files dashboard/ribocounts/[sample accession].ribocounts.txt need or should be check-in since the ribocounts number is stored in dashboard/metadata_samples.json.

[x] @lennijusten Modify the prepare dashboard files to remove the ribocounts dir after storing counts in metadata_samples.json

Added the /ribocounts directory to .gitignore
