dashboard: add ribofrac data #27

Added ribofrac data to dashboard files for several studies.

Noting that ribofrac entries for Hendrickson 2019 and Munk 2022 both have entries of "-1" in ribofrac text files and the corresponding dashboard files. Looking into this now.

UPDATE: After checking with Jeff this is due to a hack he used to fix exception when an entire sample has zero reads and thus the sum of the weights is zero. We will need to re-run samples with ribofrac=-1.
