dashboard: stop using data.js, and pull individual json files instead #41

Follow-up to #40

This is another step in the process of getting to where the dashboard is better able to handle large amounts of data.

(I think this probably doesn't make sense to review, and we should continue with the dashboard being silly js that only I work with.)
