@jeffkaufman this branch reformats all .py scripts in the repo, so check.sh doesn't fail. The PR consists out of two commits.

The first reformats all .py scripts with black.,
The second deletes bioprojects/PRJNA774620/metadata/prepare-metadata.py, which is a .py file that only contains with.

Can you also copy the black section of https://github.com/naobservatory/p2ra/blob/main/pyproject.toml , and then re-run the formatter?

Ran black with new line length!
