Where is the code that produces `kraken_reports.tsv.gz`? #17

I failed to find the code that produces this file - is it in the repo somewhere? Once I have the code I can document this file in the output files section of the README.

This was in the batch branch but hadn't been merged into master yet. Fixed now. (It's the MERGE_KRAKEN_REPORTS process.)
