Consider splitting Spurbeck by sample prep method #175

The sampling locations in spurbeck have very different P2RA coefficients: by_location-boxen.pdf

This seems to be because some of the sample prep methods essentially failed. @jeffkaufman and I are discussing dropping these locations from the analysis to focus on the method (EFGH) that worked better, or at least splitting the study into two. Another options would be to add a "method" level to the hierarchical model, but this is probably more trouble than it's worth. Alternatively, we could leave things as-is and just discuss the differences in the write-up.

I don't think this is worth doing. The difference is clear in the by-location plots.
