On Safari 3/PC 3.03 beta, the following issues are observed:
(1) History entries don't get created by hash changes for the first page to
load in a browser session. Therefore users with RSH apps set to their
homepage will get non-functional apps.
(2) History works better if you visit another site first, but it's still
less than perfect. Back button and forward button sometimes are greyed out
and non-functional when they shouldn't be, and they don't get set to their
proper functional state until after you navigate forward or back in your
history to another domain.
