Parameterize the URL of blank.html and allow it to be overridden by the
options bundle. That way, users who want to sever blank.html from a
different directory will have an easy mechanism to do so without having to
modify the RSH source code.

This is fixed in SVN (but not 0.6RC1) and should be included in the final 
release of 0.6.
