A simple setting for the blank.html location #31

A setting for specify blank.html location can be useful. The default one is
not necessary ideal when we need to keep folder structure really organized. 

Also, I see in the doc "It is recommended that you serve blank.html from
the same directory as rsh.js" This not work for me I need to put blank.html
in my root because of the framework we use.

Happy to have solved this one before it was even filed. This had been on my 
punch
list for a while and I fixed it last week. See the SVN repo for details. 
Basically,
you'll be able to pass in your preferred URL through the options bundle. This 
will be
one of several backwards compatible enhancements in the final version of 0.6, 
due Dec. 1.
