Hi @naokazuterada,

I do not think I can add much more right now, lots of stuff I want to add, but it will require more research and thinking. I think the new document structure looks good.

If there is anything you need me to add/revisit, raise an issue and assign it to me.

My TODO list for the documentation is listed in #69, if you agree, I will create issues for the different activities.

If you are satisfied with the proposed pull request, please go ahead and merge. If you are having second thoughts, no bad feelings on my side - I learned a lot from re-writing the documentation.
