Compatibility documentation #83

Hi @naokazuterada,

I have created first shot of a compatibility matrix. If you find that it could provide any value please feel free to include it in the documentation. I will try to maintain it as I pick up information on use or use MarkdownTOC myself with different Markdown tools.
