Can't drag/re-position audio clips in example on mobile Chrome #212

For this example: https://naomiaro.github.io/waveform-playlist/web-audio-editor.html, I tested it on my mobile browser and I was not able to re-position the clips (the button that has the tooltip "Shift Audio in Time")
