employ logic to account for geographical location #5

Example https://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/sunrise-sunset-calculator.htm

This tool will tell the user if they are unable to get a dawn/dusk in their area: "Your location never gets darker than twilight on this date, so there is no dawn or dusk. This can happen at high latitudes near summer."

Todo: Investigate how to employ similar logic. Apparently theirs is based on a book https://www.amazon.com/Astronomical-Algorithms-Jean-Meeus/dp/0943396611
