py23_compat no longer available in NAPALM > 2.5.0

Since NAPALM >2.5.0 the package napalm.base.utils no longer contains the module py23compat.

In the file requirements.txt the dependency NAPALM version >=2.3.0 is specified. Therefore you get an ImportError upon using NAPALM with aos driver
