Optional enable (force_no_enable) #67

Add option _force_noenable default False, if True, driver connect to device but not send enable command.

Cisco SMB switches do not have option to modify privileges mode, a lot of commands here will work in enable mode only (or user privilege 15 which i efectively the same). See #64 What device types did you test it on?

I test it on :

Identified in system description: "SG300-10P 10-Port Gigabit PoE Managed Switch". Identified in get_facts, model "SRW2008P-K9".

Functions tested without enable:

get_facts : OK
get_arp_table : returns { }
get config: returns dict with errors "% Unrecognized command"
get_interfaces : OK
get_interfaces_ip : OK
get_lldp_neighbors : OK
get_lldp_neighbors_detail : OK
get_ntp_servers : returns { }
is_alive : OK
