OSPF parser for Junos #145

Added some of the OSPF options for the Junos parser. I've also added a test case but not sure it's complete. Please let me know. Thanks

Damn it, sorry about that but I had to revert this PR.

You have to enable the test you added here: https://github.com/napalm-automation/napalm-yang/blob/develop/test/integration/test_profiles.py#L47

Would you mind reopening and fixing?
