Update working group information page

The Working groups information page is outdated. At least the Documentation Working group leads should be updated, and maybe this is true for other working groups as well.

We could take this opportunity to update the guidelines around meeting notes and setting norms and expectations for the working group members. We want to use this issue as a place for open discussion - please add your thoughts in the comments!

If you are interested and available, feel free to also join the Documentation Working group meeting on March 29th.

In the docs working group on Wednesday, May 24th 12-1PM, we discussed this issue and came up with some operating guidelines for the time being.

• @psobolewskiPhD and @jni will be the co-leds from the core developers
• We will continue to use our agenda
• We will set up a Zulip bot to ping the working group stream to remind people to add to the agenda @melissawm
• We will only meet when the agenda has items

Omg Zulip bot. That is a wonderful idea! A bot is way more trustworthy than me 😂, at any rate when it comes to sending reminders in a timely fashion. 😂
