New documentation and tutorial content needed #21

[ ] Need to add tutorial on custom mouse functions, including drag / move
[ ] Need to add tutorial on grid function, including stride
[ ] Need to update doc string on points / shapes so that they can now be passed without data.
[ ] Need to update view_* docs to indicate you can now pass Viewer keyword arguments
[ ] Need to provide better docs and doc strings for Viewer keyword arguments

Hii. I am interested to work on these issues. It would be great if you could tell me if there has been any progress made so I know where to start.

@wokira as far as I know, none of these issues have been tackled. Additionally, many screenshots are out of date, so even going through the tutorials and taking screenshots where something is different would be valuable!

@jni and @sofroniewn I am Ira from RGSoC team C018. We have created a PR where in we have written a tutorial on how to import images from online datasets directly into napari. It'd be great if you could review it: napari/napari.github.io#65
