I know there are a lot of broken links to go through here, but I just wanted to chime in that I stumbled across the GitHub team links giving a 404 for non-org members. I know that teams can be "Visible" or "Private" but I think even "Visible" may not be sufficient for the "general public" on GitHub to be able to see the team? I tried testing in an incognito/private window, but it just prompts to log in to GitHub then. It's only while logged in but not an org member that GitHub yields the 404.

It's not, no.
I honestly wish we didn't have those links in the docs at all, since "logged in to GitHub, but not a member of the napari org" (i.e. the general public) is probably the vast majority of people reading the docs. Other people disagree, though.
Errors were reported while checking the availability of links.
