Expand TOC when on index page #319

Description

This PR updates the TOC to expand when on an index page.

There's an option to add an intro to every page, but it's not configured for this one yet. We could do some kind of automatic intro extraction by using the first paragraph element or something

Either way I think that's something that can be handled in another PR
